Natural treatments and exercises for droopy eyelids



The eyelid sagging is the case that one or both upper eyelids droop. As you get older, a deformation may occur in the muscle responsible for lifting and lowering the eyelids. Put your index and middle fingers on your eyebrows. Press down gently. Now raise your eyebrows as if surprised. Feel the resistance of your eye muscles to finger pressure. Wait for five seconds like this. Rest for three seconds. Make the same movement for five times.

2. Exercise

Put your index and middle fingers under your eyebrows. Press upwards gently. Now close your eyes. Feel the tension on the eyelids. Wait for five seconds like this. Then relax your eyes. Rest for three seconds. Make the same movement for five times.

3. Exercise

Create a circle around your eyes with your thumb and index fingers. Press gently around your eye area. Now close your eyes. Feel the tension on the eyelids. Wait for five seconds like this. Then relax your eyes. Rest for three seconds. Make the same movement for five times.
